Amber Diver offers both large and emerging growth company experience to her clients.
As a Manager with AcuityCFO, Amber helps establish and implement accounting policies and procedures as well as manage the ongoing financial operations of the firm’s clients. Her responsibilities include financial statement preparation, reporting & analysis, budgets & forecasts and managing annual audits.
Early in her career, Amber held senior accounting roles with Mirant and National Linen Service. She later served as Controller for Maryland-based Qovia, a venture-backed software development company, where she supervised the accounting staff and was instrumental in multiple capital closings.
Amber is a CPA and a Quickbooks ProAdvisor. Outside of AcuityCFO, she enjoys spending time with her family in Cumming, Georgia.
